A couple quick carb measurement questions.

Just a few questions before i cut the wholes in my new cold air box, first what is the O.D. of the lip on the carb, i measured 8.3cm just want to double check. and secondly what is the max height for air bix before it will hit the roof? is it over 3.5". I will show lots of pics of the new storebought box as soon as i find out if these numbers are right.

the hole i made is perfect now i just need to know the height, and if the damn hood support is in the way i will just cut it out and remake it to accomadate the box. this box is going to beat the civic air box, and only cost $10.45 at the hardware store. and the come in several openings and what not. try and guess what it from...
