Where Is Tdc?!??!

hi, sorry about the urgentness of the message, i should have check this for sure earlier, where is TDC on the flywheel??

on my 89lxi manual transmission i see a white + on the flywheel and a little before it i see a red notch with the number 17 or 18 next to it (i cant remmeber) which one is it?

the + is TDC on the flywheel. If your checking it for your cam timing there are 2 notches on the cam gear that should line even with the surface of the head when the flywheel is at the + mark
