well i havnt been here for awhile because i have been busy with work and school, but i thought i would share with you guys my new toy..i was getting ready to turbo my 89lxi and swap my integra motor into my hatchback when i got a phone call from my dad telling me that he had just got a car in at his dealership that i might want to take a look at. turns out a 1 owner 88 RX7 Turbo II was traded in by this old man and i could pick up the car for dirt cheap, so i sold my hatch and picked it up. it had 51,000 miles on it and was bone stock, and since the purchase i have added a few things to it:). the accord still gets some love from me tho...i just picked up a set of 17's for it from a buddy for REAL cheap and i also plan on gettin some nitrous before the summer so i atleast have a reason to drive it...just thought id share my new purchase with you guys and girls...ill have pics of my accord w/ the 17's shortly too....http://www.cardomain.com/member_pages/view_page.pl?page_id=339969

now thats funny, feel sorry for the dumbasses biddin that up...considerin a RX7 has no head gasket, just apex seals.....but gee for 50 horse wow id pay that! but on a serious note the next thing im gettin is gonna be a manual boost controller from boostvalve.com beacsue with the mods i have i have no way to regulate boost and its creepin to 15+...not good.....

hmm, is that what a rotory engine's head gasket looks like. looks like a 4 cylinder head gasket to me. anyway, check out what the bid is as of now. its at $10,000,100. !!! WTF! someone is fucked aren't they? oh and i didnt even comment on your RX-7. i love it, my aunt has one. she said its turbo, but i dont think it has the hood scoop, so its probley not. anyway, thats great that you got it.

i would have liked to do the motor swap on the hatchback, that would have been a real fun car to have, but ive alwasy wanted an old school RX and when i found this one, i might have even sold my accord if i had to.....but its a good thing i didnt have to, i still love my accord:)

Naw, the 13B in that rotary monster is worth it... the Turbo-II were hellacious in it's heyday, still have quite a bit of power considering it's low mileage... I would've sold my 3g for it

its beautiful man, my friends brother had a black one like that a couple of years ago, and now he has a white turbo one, he just blew the turbo in it tho, cuz the oil feed line got clogged, but he put in a new turbo, and got full apexi electronics, so he can adjust everything from boost, too a/f.
