My friend gave me a 3A racing 4 1/2 inch round slant muffler. Should I just put it on or get new piping too? would it matter if i did ot didnt?

I think you will need new piping anyway because the out going port on the muffler is probably 2 1/4 and it will need a reducer welded in if not. I see your from CT im not sure where your from but Fast N Go in manchester do pretty good piping i think for around $100 if im correct. And from my experience with my 3 accords they usually break off behind the muffler anyway so new piping will be needed any way. Hope this helps

Yeah, the axle pipe (between the cat. conv. and the muffler) ALWAYS rusts and beaks. They have preformed ones ot they can fabricate one. Either is fairly cheap and will give you a few years anyway...

They are off of main street i wanna say E.Middle tnpk but not possitive but its the road that the parcade and bally's gym is on if you know any of that. or if you go down main street you will run into their other shop (fast n go) also....then you would turn right (if headed in direction of mall) and its like a half mile down on the right. Hope this kinda helps
