I talk to the guy from Flashoptions and he finally posted pics of the b20a's and the price....The going price is about 500 USD with intake exhaust Engine and Trans (You pick...Manual or Auto)..And another Guy I know named Stephen Lin from Japanese Engines INC. has the complete motor with manual trans for 800 plus shipping....

The website for flashoptions is a rather simple one.... http://www.flashoptions.com

P.S. Good luck guys

Too bad the engine from flashoption is in fact a B20A from a 88-91 Lude... that's not the correct engine.

Does Stephen Lin has a website so I can check if it's the right engine.

That is the wrong B20A though that looks to be the prelude one to me. Would have been a good find if it was though since 5spds are very hard to come by. Their other stuff looks fairly decent and not overly priced.

how hard is it to get the lude b20 to fit? does it have the same hp/tq specs as our b20?

i left out a couple other questions like does it have vtec, or anythign like vtec? does any one know how the aftermarket is for that engine? im asking becuase my a20 is dead and i need a new engine, 500 bux is dirt cheap. i loved my a20 and if this ones better than the a20 i might as well get one

When posting/requestion info about the B20A lude... PLEASE specify which years... otherwise it's quite confusing. the 2G lude and 3G lude shares the same B20A engine. The 3G lude has a B20A that's different from the other ones... a Prelude B20A can be from a 86-87 2.0si or a 88-89 2.0si...

OR, you could just say a JDM B20A5.... which refers to the 88-89 lude. I really should post this in a sticky topic somewhere.

bro i am like totally blank when it comes to the lude b20 so thanks for the info. would you happen to know any of the specs? im basically tryna see if it would bebetter to go with the 500 dollar lude b20 with the 5spd tranny or just get my a20 rebuilt.

The 89 Lude engine will not fit in the Accord. You're better with a rebuilt A20A. There is even a turbo kit available for the A20A and a Distributorless ignition.... there's more and more support for the A20A these days.

im aware of sean's advacements, but i just thought it wouldnt hurt to give the lude engine a try

you can't put the 3g prelude engine in, and if you decided to spend all the money to have it installed then you are truly insane. the intake design on the b20a5 isn't that great and there is very little aftermarket support

i talked to the flashpoints guy about 2 days ago b4 i read this thread and yes they do have the 89 sei or si jdm b20a. also, i have ordered the full complete front clip with the non pop up fixed headlight fixtures!!!!!!! it also comes with alot more goodies i will mention later when i get pics. however the price and shipping are a little more than expected for the prelude motor. however these are limited from what the guy says for the moment because of the old age of the car and the demand is very low which he says makes them hard to find. u have to specify with the dude because like most jdm importers he only gives u what u ask for. the motor i have ordered is the right jdm 160 hp dohc b20a and the cost for everything i am getting with it is 1700usd shipped to my door. they do not have a pic on the site like they think they do of it, just the 3gen lude. also Motorworks in long island, ny has the same motor without the whole front clip. it includes everything i believe but the tranny . u can get info on that from the guy i talked to; his name is Saifi (seyfeee) and their toll free # is 1 866 527-2669. the cost as quoted to me was 600 shipped to indiana, however i could also be wrong due to the blunts, pills, and crown and cokes i was ingesting waiting on the info. lmao! honestly my newbie arse has come up with alot of info in my month long research since becoming a member and being flamed for bein a lil dumb top hondas, lol. ty all for bearing with my dumb q's and i will have many many more posts on things i am learning especially from my research. jeezus that waz a long post. also i plan on posting pics of these asap, and also after i do my jdm front end swap.
