door wont open

when i left school today, i unlocked the door but it wouldn't open ... i had to get in from the passenger side ... the door handle does not feel loose or anything, it feels normal ... and it opened normal in the morning on my way to school.... and it opens from the inside door handle .... any ideas on how to fix it or HOW the hell this happened by just leaving my car sitting ??

Was it cold out side ? Sometimes the door can freeze shut. Once you get the car warmed up inside that should fix it. Also you can use silicone spray around the door jam to help keep it from doing that. I hope this helps

I had the same thing happen to me about a month ago.......... outside door handle broke internally(potmetal handle). Is yours plastic or potmetal? Either way, you'll have to replace the handle. I replaced mine with rear handles from a 4-door. No locks, operated thru the alarm....

it was kinda cold but it didn't get fixed when it got warmer ... i guess ill open the door and i hope its just something loose, not broken : /
