sides krits = pulled off a z24 chevy at the yard. 20 bucks and a load fullof parts in my pocket (lol). the front bumper is a 96 civic with wings west front and back extensions. lotta customizing thru the process. if ur lookin for someskirts i reccomend going to a pick n pull. they got tons!

whats wrong with that primer? why is it so blotchy? i was gonna do my accord in 'flat black' for now but i don't know. did you just paint it over the stock paint?

also, junkyards have alot of sideskirts? i didn't know that but for $20 i'd be happy. did you get the bumper from there too? how much was it? once i get out of my legal troubles so i can leave my house i'll go see what they got around here.

no saned the bitch for 8 hours total with goldy accord helping me. and the palm sander broke. no more white paint.... primer = hasnt been wet sanded. just keep doing body work so why bother. bumper.. no got it off a guy on the board here. and yah there seems to be a wide selection of side skirts at the junkyards in AZ. i even seen a set of black widows. but one was fairly cracked. there was an armrest too.l but the armm rest was gone lol

I know this is a newb question, but for that primer, did you have access to a paint shop or was done with aerosol cans??

id say its aerosol.... spray guns are alot less blotchy.. even with a newbie behind the trigger

Damn, those skirts look good! Did you have to modify them much?

I found a 3g near me with the OEM front HONDA lip.. I should go try to buy it from them, and then pick up some skirts from the wreckers.

My car is primered with aresol cans. I just took the spray cans and went off on it. :) I didn't even mask the windows up or nothing so now I've got primer residue on my back window because I forgot to roll it down. :rice:

heres some pics of the primer incase you want to see it- http://www.3geez.com/showthread.php?goto=newpost&t=31895

Damn at a junkyard near me I was looking and I saw a Z24 with those same sideskirts. I might have to pick them up. Did the just bolt up or screw up? Did you have to cut any of the skirts to fit?

Thanks a lot,
Mike
