Ok i've heard that a cam regrind would be the best horsepower improvement for an lx. I dont know that much about grinding a cam so im asking you guys? If im wanting to go to a speed shop to ask for a cam regrind what should i tell the people about specs and all. I want a good overall acceleration and top end cam. So what should i tell these people i want.

When I am get a little more cash I am getting a triflow grind from aolt cams in canada yk86 has one he say it has a good low ebd but takes off after 3000 also his idle is good and gets better gas mileage.
