They will fit. Re-use your accord sliders and you will only have to drill one hole on each sides slider.

I did this and it took about 1.5 hours

Well you can always use SEM Black spray paint or dye the back seats. I know many people that have done that and it works good.

thats inticeing. does the spray paint leave it stiff and tacky for a while? how do you go about dying them? and wich is the preferred method?

picked up the seats today im stoked about this one puttin em in tomorrow.probably i will have all three seats reupholsterd for a clean look then new black carpet then a tan vinal headliner. and painting some plastic intierior pieces flat black.custom rear dashboard with ports for subs and 6.5'' midbasses. blue l.e.d. dashlights and reverse guages. last of all if i can ever afford it i want to get a good black paintjob and some 14" alloys. ahh to dream of the day i may get a little respect for my accord from non honda lovers or even the closed minded idiots who think because its old it sucks.

the front seats from the prelude will fit on the accord slider brakets. i think there were like 4 or 6 bolts? i put mine in last year. i think they sit a bit lower, but it works good. the back seat wont fit from what i tried. i was wondering about a 5th gen accord sedan interior fitting in the 3rd gen sedan? dont think it would all work out.

VHT or Duplicolor makes a spray on fabric dye. It is about $6 a can. After it dries take a soft brush to loosen the weave...the finished result makes the seats look new again and it feels normal. Works on carpet, vinyl, leather and fabric...I posted a pic on here....
