I think white is head gasket or head is cracked. and your burning coolant. I think for oil. the smoke is gray/black

oil usually burns gray/black, the white could be you're coolant burning

Open the radiator cap (when its cold) and look for oil.
If you don't see any there drain a little bit of oil, if water comes out there you head gasket is toasted and you should stop driving it immediatly.

It could also be a fuel or emissions issue. Does it smell like its running really rich (heave gas smell) ?

Yeah I think its definitely coolant. Check you oil for discoloration.

Yeah, it could be coolant. If it happens when the engine is running cold and it last for about 15 minutes then its most likely condensation. But if it happens all of the time and ur oil is discolored then it is probably your head gasket. This could be very expensive if ur going to have someone else do it.
