Ok I'm doing this farked up custom body work starting next week or thereabouts, and part of it is going to be custom ground effects to include extending the rear bumper vertically. This would cover the exhaust tip, so I'm also going to make a cut-out for that. But the tip looks as though it would still be slightly inside of the bumper. So is there a way to lengthen either the inlet or outlet pipe on the muffler so that the tip would stick out from under the bumper enough to not cause corrosion or melting or whatever god awful things exhaust gases do to bumpers?
