Ok so I went to get the emissions done today and the No-ppm was to high for it to pass, :deal: everything else was great..What does this mean? :dunno:
The guy at the place told me to check my timing, but I have just gotten the car so I really dont know to much about this vehicles setup.
It is a Carb application. 1986 Dx acord hatch.

Any info would be reat...thanx guys. :)

hey,

depending on your other levels of CO and HC, a high reading of NO means that the combustion chamber is too hot. This could mean that the timing is off your the car is running too lean. It might also mean your EGR system is not working properly. They tend to get gummed up over time. Take your report to a local mechanic and just ask him his opinion on it. Should be able to help you.
