anybody know if it's possible to get decent amounts of power out of my stock motor?

I wanna build on my stock 12 valve 2L carbeurated motor,anybody know of what things I could do to get my stock motor running with 150+hp instead of this 98 hp bull :)

Webber carb new cam shaft header exhaust cam gear. Port and polish. Possiably twin carbs yea it can be done start withg header and exhaust the you should probably get a webber carb if enissions are not a problem.
