I have an 89 LX Accord and was wondering if the Weapon-R intake is just for LX-i models. I dont see why it wouldn't fit in my LX, but if anyone knows for sure if it will please respond. Thanks in advance.

no it is only for an LX-i also it is way too expensive so I would not get it.

well, inmy opinion it looks dumb..it's just a little pipe that curves. i think it's too short. and omega had one when i met him. the next time we hung out we both got custom intakes made, and it put the weapon-r one to shame.

i thought about getting weapon r until i actualy saw one of there filters it looked cheep. I asked the guy at the shop and he said i was better of getting custom piping and a different filter i chose a ractive heat sheild filter. as for weapon r its to much money for something like that.

1) Your car is carbed thus no changing the intake plumbing, i suggest a k&n filter and if you have the cash just buy a weber carb.
2) Weapon-r intakes are too short and the filter element is very cheap and poorly constructed. use a CAI for a g2 integra with a k&n filter.

For the record the stock intake plumbing isnt really that "bad". It was designed for the car, and there is a reason why thier engineers chose that design.
