spray paint and a headlight question

anyone know if pep boys, auto zone, or advance auto parts (the only 3 local parts stores) or anyone else sells Florence Blue Metallic for my 88 lxi? i had to replace the front clip, right fender, and a headlight assy and i need to paint them cheaply. also, whats a good clear coat to use? and what can i do to get my headlight to line back up with the parking light when its closed? its wayy off, its like too low and too far in. i busted up my old one and i think i may have pushed the front end in a little bit, anyone know how to fix this without having to get a new frame? :-P thanks!!!

well instead of moving the headlight you can move the fender some... but there are bolts on the side and back of the housing that I guess you could loosen and shift the light frame around.

If you just want to pull the light out a little further you can put washers on the bolts that hold the headlight frame to the car. I did it on my hatch to line it back up after a slight collision.
