just got a question bout it. is there some way to tell what brake lines goin into it go to which brake? and another thing. there are people that say the prop. valve for the sei rear discs is differ ent then the other ones, and some say that they are all the same. anyone really know this? from what the haynes manuel says, it is used to control the pressure of the fluid under high braking, so the wheels dont lock up. im guessing it is different only for heavy braking.

it is different but not needed if you are doing the conversion, the difference wont make a noticable difference.

There's an assembly drawing of the brake lines. Also, the proportioning valve is different. Disc brakes have a lower chance of locking up than drums so the proportioning valve has to compensate for that.

Edit - After checking, the proportioning valves have different part numbers so they are definitly different.

the sei proportioning valve is a HUGE part of the swap... youll notice a huge difference.
