What is the difference between solid hubs and spring loaded???

How can we tell our size, cause for the 86-89 LX it shows 8 3/8 & 7 7/8???

How much did it cost???

What's the difference in numbers of pucks???

basically a solid hub has no springs and is SOLID. it has no give. for race applications only unless you wanna jerk your car apart. VERY harsh engagements. they are around 3-5 hundred for a set depending on the brand and size.

solid or rigid disks are suppose to be lighter therefore they will perform better when you powershift. The reason is that the input shaft of the tranny will stop sooner than a heavier "sprung" disk. If the input shaft spins as you depress the clutch it will be harder to shift.

I paid about $350 for this clutch with shipping should I be complaining?

you can try and see if you like the clutch.

I'm definatly going to try it! Kmod reassured me that it would be more than enough clutch to handle turbo and I trust him so I'm not to worried.
After chating back and forth with email and taking on the phone with him I feel pretty confident he's not going to try and screw anyone over. It's not good for buissness and I think if I had any problem he'd stand behind it...

i am not sure if this cluch could handle the boost. since the pressure plate is stock, i would be worried.
this clutch maybe good for some serous NA motor but A20A turbo motor i don't think so.
