Since my 83 accord doesnt have a cat i was going to put extractors and 2.25 inch pipe all the way, will this improve performance, what do i need in the way of mufflers?

You should get some performance gain by doing that.....2.25 should be good, as far as the muffler just use a universal that you decide on.
