i have a blue car, with the blue interior... i am probably going to paint the car soon...and i want to change the interior to black.

now i assume it wont be that big of a deal to paint all the plastic peices... but i am wondering what the best strategy is for the carpet, and fabric material....

ALSO, which colors look good on this car...i am having a friend do it, and i might do silver or white (he's gonna be painting his truck silver, so i could get the supplies kinna cheap) i wanted to do black, but he says its a lot harder to paint.... any suggestions?

ps, i am gonna be painting all the mouldings and bumpers too, do you have any advice?

AHHH yes, and where can i buy white(indiglo) gauges for this car... OR, whats the best strategy to making them?? can someone send me a scan or something, that i could print out?

a couple of the guys have these installed. they look sweet. if i had the money i'd get them. but i made my own and they look good too. of course you get the great feeling of making them, and the look takes my breath away

Procarparts.com has reverse indiglo guages I believe. As for the carpet, you'll probably spend close to the same amount of $$ dying the carpet right as you would buying new carpet (I think nate got new carpet for $150), so I'd go with the new carpet. I'd also go for new seat belts (it's damn hard to dye those things and keep them flexible enough to roll back up).
