auto tranny performance

im looking to rebuild the tranny on my 87 lx-i, does anyone know if there's a company that makes stuff for our trannies. such performance torque conv., gears or anything like that?

they rebuild/modify torque convertors to increase the stall speed...

as always someone will probably suggest a 5-speed swap.

i like my auto. even though i do miss mt manual, sometimes, when not in L.A. traffic. what about perf. rebuild kits?

you can send in your trans and they will beef it up for you... I'm not sure if you can do it yourself with a simple kit since the parts would have to be custom made/fit.
