Here are new pics of my Sei. My LXi is the gray one in the background. Sorry for the small pics. Cardomain is being crappy and not showing full pics for some reason.

yep it was on ebay not too long ago. it was a rare find. it's got everything unique about the Sei, everything but the sunroof.

is the sunroof an option? I swear all the SEi and LXi i've seen have sunroofs..

i guess it was an option NOT to have it. some people just don't like sunroofs i guess.

damn man, that is a beuatiful car you got there, and busted, as far as i kno, only sedans had sunroofs for lxi and sei's, but thats what i think, and im prolly wrong.

I talked to the guy about it, he was really pushy so I walked away. Good find, too bad its an auto

well, nothing bad about an auto. i kinda like it. it's alot more convenient for everyday driving in lots of traffic especially here in FL with lots of tourists for the summer. i have the teg and it's a manual...what a pain in the ass that is. probably cus it's old. or probably cus it's a cable tranny and a worn clutch. the newer cars with softer clutches and with hydro tranny are much smoother and more comfortable to drive as manual IMO, but not these older cars. hydro is kinda like having power steering for your shifter.

I think ur right. But the sei coupes have moonroofs standard. At least thats what i think. I have an lxi coupe and a sunroof. I think it was aftermarket tho.

No sedans came standard with the sun or moonroof including the SE-i. They are all aftermarket.

You mean no COUPES came standard with sunroofs... :uh:

Mine has one that was put in as a dealer-installed option (which they of course farmed out to a local custom interior shop). I really like it; in some ways it is superior to the factory moonroof in the sedans (it has a "tilt" feature and it retracts completely into the roof).

Lol that I'm not sure of yet. I'm still trying to finish up the LXi. Lately I've been making custom molds for widebody fiberglass fenders and hood for the car. Lately it's been my guinea pig for my crazy fiberglassing ideas. Anyway, so once that's done I might be able to make multiple copies and probably sell them on ebay or something..... and put one set on the SEi too.

I'm gonna hook up the SEi also but more mild than the LXi. I like how comfortable it is in stock form so I don't wanna mess with that too much. I just wanna restore it and drop it with the soft H&R springs and tokico blues. I wanna make it my "elegant" car whereas the LXi is my "extreme" car. I'm planning on 17 inch polished wheels on 215/40/17ZR rubber for the SEi. My LXi Koni/Sprint Springs and 18 inch wheels setup is very stiff so I still have that in case I have the feel for something "sporty".
