Ok, I have been looking and looking on the net for a while today for a stock carb so I can keep all the emmisions stuff, but with a second carb incase I screw something up. anyways, I look up Keihin carbs and this is what I get:

That damn thing is for a motorcycle, although those will look nice for our cars, where the hell are the carb for our cars. I don't want weber, although I know they are better, but I want stock. anyone know where I can find a new one on the net instead of going to the store and hearing that they no-longer sell those.

hey, when I scroll my mouse over the parts, it shows that the A/F mix screw doesn't have the cap, although I do see a cap there being held by a phillips screw

what... the cap is sunken inside the hole... you can't see it unless they get a better angle inside the hole for the a/f scew.

Why not just get an old one from the wrecker's and rebuild it with a kit? It's a lot cheaper than spending $865.71. Just my 2¢ though.

ok, this thread is an old one of mine, but I finally got that picture loaded up into a image storage place so here is the part that I was asking about:

I circled them and everything too,so is it the right way or is that door where the screw is???

the a/f is in that hole that door is no door just a thin peice of metal that loops down then back up to act as a hanger for that wire.

hmm, if it is that hole, then I probably dont have a screw in there, my a/f gauge shows 8.5 bars out of 10, but when I have the filter on it shows only 6 bars. what size flat head did you use and how long, I wanna try and get into there and adjust it since I dont have to worry about smog for 2 more years
