Well you will have to make a custom CAI. There's a lot of different intakes you can use to modify.

Header: Pacesetter is about the only header left on the market. ( www.nopi.com or in the market place on this site)

Exhaust: I would have a local shop make you a custom 2.25" exhaust system and get a flowmaster muffler.

Here's a great link on what other members have done. Including some of the things I have done also.

with CAI you'll need a civic air box and cut a hole big enuff to fit over the carb. i have one already made, all you have to do is put it on, then put the carb screne on and tighten the bolt. you'll probably wanna do short ram since you sound like you're kinda new. true CAI is kinda tuff and require time and effort. http://images.cardomain.com/member_img_a/319000-319999/319268_22_full.jpg
this air box is from the 88-91 civics, i got mine from a lx sedan.
http://www.3geez.com/showthread.php?t=29756&highlight=cold+air+intake+carb this thread is all you need to know on Carb Short ram/CAI. yah...also get the pacesetter header and have a shop custom the exhaust system. 2.25 is best, no bigger no smaller. keep a look out for the marketplace, you'll find some good performance parts on there, if youre lucky you can even find the last remaining dc headers. good luck and as always, just have fun.
