Won't Start...

I am having a problem with my 89 Accord. When it sits in the rain either overnight or long periods of time (5+ hours) it will not start. The engine will turn like it wants to start but won't turn over. I am thinking that something is getting wet but I don't know where to even begin to look for a problem. If anyone has any ideas or things to look for, email me at [email protected] I've been forced to always put my car in the garage.

making multiple thread won't solve the problem.
i moved the thread from performance to technical.
and as i already said, it is your distributor. get yourself $5 distributor cap gasket and it should fix the problem.
