ok, my car goes on the road as soon is i fix what little is left wrong... i noticed the other day that my brake fluid is turning a milky white, and i'm assuming that's due to moisture... i know i should drain and refill, but how do i drain it? do i just open the bleeder screws and open the cap and let gravity work? do i open the bleeders and pump it out via the master cyl, pushing new fluid behind it, keeping the system primed? would this be a good time to switch to a different grade of brake fluid? i need to know this stuff ASAP... thanks...

I just use the DOT3 fluid. It would be best to bleed the system and feed in new fluid at the same time.

Take rthe reservoir off and dump all that old fluid, Then refill it and flush the system REALLY good. May have to almost driain the reservoir a few times. Water in brake fluid is a VERY bad thing
