Dipping idle

This one's probably pretty easy. So, I'll be drivin along and car's runnin great however when I put it in neutral it idles at about 1450 for a second then drops to 750 then immediatly back up....Beats me :dunno:

check your choke, vacuum lines and clean the carb.
