I'm doing the auto to 5 speed swap and I need to know about bolting up the flywheel... Can I use the bolts from the automatic flywheel to bolt on the one for the manual trans. or do i have to use different ones???

I need to know quick because I'm going to do it tonight if the bolts from the auto will work!!!

You can not use the same bolts as the auto.

the at ones are a different length, i believe the mt ones are longer, you must use the correct ones, i e, mt for manual tranny cars

OK, I got it figured out...

Now I need some more help... I'm trying to run the clutch cable through the firewall and I can't find where the opening for it is in the engine bay... I see the one inside the car, but it seems like it doesn't go through, so how did you guys who have doen the swap do this??? Or is the opening behind something that needs to be moved???

The hole is under the windshield wiper motor. There's a rubber boot in the hole that you need to remove first and then you can slide the cable in. You dont have to remove anything from the engine bay.
