Panther Alarm System

Does anybody have experience with this brand of alarm? There is one on eBay for a good price that has all the features I want. I sometimes hear that brand name alarms are best but they're also extremely expensive. Give me some opinions on this.

It looks good, maybe it's rebranded. I wasn't able to pull anything up on it really.
