Removing the silencer

How do you remove the silencer on a muffler. I got an ebay one :rockon:

there should be small bolts/screws holding it on... usually 3 along the rim of the muffler tip or muffler silencer insert.

there is one at the end of the tip. but it wont take it off

umm wth? there's one at the tip but the silencer wont come off? wat's the outlet hole of the muffler, with silencer it should be bout an inch. does it look like this? http://images.channeladvisor.com/Sell/SSProfiles/60000032/Images/x.jpg there should be a little bolt/nut that holds it down.

when u do take it off.... throw it away .. cus u wont need it nemore : )
