tranny noise

i just had my automatic tranny rebuilt and now when i switch gears it makes a clacking sound. also when cold it shifts fast, im in 4rth by 28mph, and have to punch it to down shift. when its warm it shifts ok though. does this sound right to anyone?

i never had auto tranny, but check the fluid level.
