Stage 2 or 3 clutch info

I'm looking to buy an SE-i soon, but the guy says it needs a new clutch, so insted of going OEM and replacing it later with something more expensive, I think I'll replace it now(if I get the car). So may I ask what clutches work for the 3gee and how much they would possibly run. Thanks.

well there are not a lot of stages made for our 3gee or the 2nd gen lude. CHeck for how much power/torque ur planning to make on ur car and then match it up. The clutches that are made to fit our tranny are ACT, Centerforce, Unorthodox racing and Excedy. Might be some more, but thats alll ican remember off the head now. Do a search for the clutch, there are a lot of threads concerning this.
