ask me how I know...

ok, I'll tell you; because I just broke the bolt off in my goddamn f___ing ultrararenevergonnabeabletoreplace B20A power steering pump!!!

oh yeah, I broke the same bolt on my plainoldeasytoreplacebutstillpissesmeoff A20 power steering when I decided to see if the guts are the same as the B20A pump.

So the moral to the story here... RTFM!!!!

(and yes, the guts are the same, so I will get a replacement shaft from the junkyard for the B20A pump)

Ok, I feel better now (a little)

well get a stud extractor and it should solve ur problem. If anything, take the whole pump apart, see how the insides look like and drill right thru and use the stud extractor to pull the broken one out.

Things like easy out or the stud extractor from sears can help. to drill thru the stud u prolly need a carbide tipped drill bit or even a steel bit. I recommend a steel bit cause they are much more durable and use the slow setting on the drill and drill the bitch out. U might need a pilot hole but see what can happen.

Why did u not have the service/shop manual with u bro? Jean (Carotman) or even rob might have the contact to hook u up.

PS: Cant u use the lude B29A5 pwr steering pump?
