okay if your car starts and runs that no problem, the radio has about one to two fuses, under the dash, and another one in the hood compartment. . . .
what you may have to do is combine both the 12v con. and 12 acc.
to one wire . . . . . . .

also i used the multi meter and i got 12 volts on the acc line but nothing on the constant (white wire/ yellow stripe) im going to look for this fuse

GOT IT!
it was the ecu/clock fuse under the hood( i didnt check those fuses but something kept drawing me to look there),(that explains why my clock kept resetting duh...) ive been real busy, thanks for the help...

for all those who read this thread check the radio fuse in the car as well as the ecu/clock fuse(memory/ batt. constant fuse) under the hood
