There is an excelent article in the HOWTO forum off the main page of this board, I think the link may be down.

You need to swap the following, besides the engine itself
Remove the entire interior, you need to replace the dash wiring and all the under hood wiring. Basically all the wiring in the car, outside of the doors and lights.
While the interior is out swap over the fuel lines, fuel tank and fuel pump.
Alternator, distributor, ah hell if it bolts to the engine change it over. THen there is the ECU (computer) and a few sensors. I bet it could be done in a weekend if you have the determination and the tools. Its not impossible, quite a few ppl on this board have done the conversion.

Did you get the ecu and fuel lines? you need more then just the motor...

you could stay carbed and use the A20A3 motor too. :D

here is what you will need:
1. engine wire harness
2. front wire harness.
3. cabin wire harness
4. motor or everything EFI.
5. fuel line.
6. ECU
7. fuel tank and fuel pump.

that should do for basic EFI swap.
