HELP! Car jerks when shifts!

My car started jerking hard when it shifts (i have an auto) after i installed my new short ram APC intake. the day i got it it was running fine then this morning when i cranked it up and went on my way to work all the gears started shifting hard. i had like 5 tubes come off my old intake and i plugged three into the new intake and i put a breather filter on the other two tubes. Has this happened to anyone else? please help me fix the problem, thanks alot.

you check the tranny oil? Seems like most problems with auto are from oil issues, or it is just going out...........

stick all the tubes in the intake

the two on the right wont reach it. so i put the breathers on them.

I would extend because on our cars many things are changed by vacume and the pulling from the manifold while connected to the intake probably has a purpose
