Removing Vacuum Lines

hey guys can someone tell me hwo to do a removal of my vacuum lines and what needs to be done to replace them , i tryed the search and nothing really came up for me
I just picked up a set of rims and tires , 3 spoke for 60 $ and still almost brand new , i will post pictures soon

what does removing your vacuum lines do? or do you just remove and replace. is there a performance increase if you get those APC lines?

There is the diagram... if you don't know what you are doing it is best not to do the vacuum removal because you could run into problems.
