What is the most recommended engine swap(i dont want auto tranny)

I was wondering what the easiest engine swap i could do using a local shop...could a local shop order all the parts necessary or do i need to get the place racing b-series mounts and get a full swap from a JDM importer so they could do the swap...i know if i had a civic it would be much easier...but i dont think anyone around here has any sleeper accords..let alone a 3g..and i dont want a damn civic.....so i guess what would be my most viable option for engine swap (have auto tranny will need 5spd) and does anyone think a local shop in WV could do it?...lemme know guys

The swap already costs a lot and then a shop is gonna rape you pretty hard on the labor especially if they've never done one on these cars.

i wouldn't trust WV mechanics. if you have tons of money you can try WV shops but i don't think they deal with swaps a lot.
your best bet would be if you get a few friends who can help ya out.
