under the driver seat.

problem is that the wire from the engine is not long enough for it to reach under the driver seat. on the passenger side, it can reach and under the stereo. anyway, will i wrap it in plastic so that it wont get wet?

most obd-0 hondas had the ecu on the passenger side in the kick panel

kick panel? is it not dangerous there bcoz of the water coming from the aircon?
