WOW! that looks bad ass! i love your front end, how did you get the grill to stay there, im trying to get one too, but i have an 86 front end, which isnt the same but close. those headlights look good, a little too expensive for me to do a conversion like that.

i dunno about the macco you went to but the ones around here sucks,, the painted my car the wrong color...they got over spray and my brand new rims,,ther had to repaint my freinds car 3 times before they fot the right color,,they overspraid on his exhaust now its blue,,,sure it will save you a few dollars ,the paint they use is thin,,so id sand and prime myself before i went,,i learned the hard way

....oh and just so you know...when working with maaco you have to remember the dont factor in the cost of prep, body work, or special paint..in that $250 price tag....it was a $150 fee to change the colour completely..door jambs trunk,hood..i got a new hood..mine was pretty messed up..they said as much as it would cost to fix it it would be more expensive than buying a new one...i wanted a carbon fiber one...but i ran out of money...im going for a sleeper anyways..i had esitimated about $900 so i wasnt too shocked when it was almost $1300...but i wanted it cause i want to keep this car for a long time swap in a b20 or b16..new rims.lower it all that...but overall i am very happy with the way it turned out

my conversions were 50 for the lenses plus 20 for the apc h4 bulbs. so thats a total of $70. thats why i took them back.

should i have them paint the trim blue..or black..cause they gonna paint it black i think...but i have to wait till the paint cures too..which is at least 6 weeks

i think it would look better with blue trim. just my opinion. looks cleaner.

No kidding, for that price, you could've had a professional job! My distaste for Maaco is obvious, it does work, for those with literally no money to spend and they desperately need a paint job to sell their car, but as I remember reading previously, the work is in the prep, which is where they skimp, and they skimp hardcore. Lots of the cost of a paint job is the labor of the prep. Oh well, that's just my devalued 2 cents. To each his own!

you missed the body moldings. but nice.
Macco charges extra for painting moldings. Yeah, that is what I wanted to say about the moldings too. Looks nice, must be acrylic paint job.
