Repeated posting is not going to get you answers. What do you mean going out? As in breaking? Sometimes CV shafts pop out of the tranny repeatedly. In other words, a little more info is needed to help you. Some common reasons for CV shafts to fail are torn rubber boots around the joints, simple wear and tear, manufacturing defects. More often than not, the boots fail and let dirt inside eventually grinding down the bearings.

the metal cover that holds the bearings knear the tranny well crack most often when reversing i was told it could be my ball joints thats causing this but i replaced them and it still goes out i had a mechanic replace it for me twice and iv relpaced it once just recently and did all procedures very carefully :dunno: ...

I have no Idea as to why that would be a repeated problem with new shafts.
Maybe someone else will see this and have an Idea.
My guess woule be sonething withing the transmission. Possibly a bad bearing causing extra stress.

It could be defective from the start. If you are using remanufactured shafts from the same manufacturer and they break every time, it could be incorrectly rebuilt. Are you running any serious performance modifications? Also, since you say that it happens in reverse, it may be occuring due to incorrect clearences of the internal bearings. This can lock up the joint and cause the casing to crack. Did you take apart the broken joints to see if there was anything out of the ordinary? This is the first time I have heard of the inner cup cracking and I think it is directly related to the joint. Not your suspension. Try using a shaft from a different manufacturer.

P.S.: Also, since the outer joints fail most often, the remanufcaturer may only be overhauling the outer joint and not the inner. Just a guess.
