how to adjust fast idle screw?

new guy here...my car start at morning the rpm is very low,so i adjust my fast idle screw.After adjusting,i drove my car for testing, i found that my car idling was very high around 2000rpm.Adjust the fast idle screwwill also increase the idling speed? :sad2:
My car is CA5 is imported from japan.I dunno this is what type A1,2,3,4? because it just write A20A....Is this A20A1?

Is that carbureated or Fuel injected?
The A20A1 and 2 were carbed, while the 3 and 4 were PGMFI.

until it warm's up, what happened was the fast idle system did'nt engage quickly like it usally would.
