C'mon dammit, I posted this in the Let's Meet section, and have not had any reply yet, so I've been forced to post it here.....

Ok guys, AUGUST 25th... ...that's the date that you'll get off your lazy a$$es to go to the 3rd Gen meet. This will happen.

The exact location of this meet has not yet been determined, it is really based on how many of you WILL be there. The general location is in the Hartford area. It may be held in a surrounding town, however it will not be far from Hartford.

If you are interested in attending, please post a reply. I would like to find out how many people/cars to expect.

Ok here are the specifics.........

WHEN: Sunday August 25th @ 1pm

WHERE: Elm Ridge Park in Rocky Hill, Connecticut

its going to be a BBQ of sorts so please let us know if your coming as I can then get the right amount of food. Also, feel free to bring friends and refreshments.

Here is the map. the park is labeled incorrectly but I redid it in RED.

So if your coming off of 91N take exit 23, at the end of the ramp take a right. Go through the first light, then turn left at the 2nd light (it is usually blinking yellow). You will now be on Gilbert Ave. Keep going straight until you come to a stop sign. AT the stop sign take a right. Keep going straight . You will pass a funeral home and encounter an "S" type turn. The park will then be on your right. You can not miss it.

If your coming from 91S take exit 23, at the end of the ramp take a left. Then follow the same directions as above.

If your coming from anywhere other than 91 please let me know and I will help you out.

I don't want to change things this late in the game. If you want, we can try for a NY meet later in the year, or possibly next year. Hey everybody, this is my first time here but I've talked to a lot of you guys in other groups like yahoo clubs. I have a 1989 Honda Accord SEi - 5 speed, black with some mods. I like this car a lot and it's looking pretty good so far. I still have a lot of things to do to it, but it will take time. The car is pretty quick, my buddy has a 2002 Mazda Protege stick shift also and he can't catch up with me. It feel good when you beat somebody and there is nothing they can do about it. I always wanted to go to one of this meeting that you guys have. I live in philadelphi PA and I was wondering how far and how long would it take me to get there. Are you guys planning on making another meet around the PA or Delaware, New Jersey, New York area? if so, please let me know because I'll definitely be there!

Coroncho80 ---> You're looking at about 3 1/2 hours to get to the meet. If you're interested, there are plenty of Hotels within 10-15 min. of the meet, that you could crash at so you don't have to do 7hrs. of driving in one day. If you're in let me know, and I'll give you all the info to get here. It's always good to see the coveted SE-i show up as the original flagship of all the 3G's out there.

Ok guys, I got the day off work and I'll defenately be there with my Se-i and my girl. My buddy with the mx-6 is trying to get off work too so he can go. I'v neve being up that area at all so besided having fun checking out all of your cars it will be a new experience for me. Like somebody said before ( i think it was whitey) regarding having somebody's cell number so we can call if we get lost or don't know where the place is exactly, i would really appreciate that. if you still have the pinky eye, just put a pair of sunglasses on and you'll be set! I'm also trying to have my car ready by sunday because i just found out that i gotta replace my the my oil pan gasket. It's been leaking oil for the past 4 days. I took it to my mechanic today and he is putting a new one tomorrow. I also gotta rotate the tires and align them. He's also changing the oil while he's at it. I want to take the front seats out and vacumm the whole interior because I've been going to the beach a lot there is a lot of sand under and between the seats, so I'll see if i can do that tomorrow or friday morning. Wicked fun times 55! it was a really good time, except when i ate that burned hot dog! I was impress with the acouple of accord that were there. Even thoug i was afraid i was gonna get jumped by a couple of you guys, they were trying to strip my car! cup holder, arm rest, rear break disks, etc..... man you guys are bad! Yeah, thank you to everyone who showed, it was fun. ...even though I was 2 hours late with the food, but hey, nobody's perfect! :huh: Anyway, yeah it was nice to see all the cars in person. I just hope that at the next show, everyone who was supposed to be in, actually shows up. No hard feelings toward anyone though b/c it was fun none-the-less.

Coroncho --> Don't worry, as soon as I find all the pieces needed, I'll cut it up for you and send pics your way of it installed on a car so you can see what it looks like. Then you can decide if it's right for you. It will take some time though b/c I have had none lately.

Yeah that scraping thing was just the begining of my troubles. The springs as you know had not even settled b/c they had only been on the car for about 26 hrs. Now they're settled, at least I hope so, and the car is another 1/2" lower. :( I scrape no matter what I do now, and for the mudflaps, forget it, they'll prob'ly rip off in a few days.

Now that's a long ass post....

Yo, I just bought this digital camera and the guy that i bought from just gave me tha camera with the USB cable and that's it. I asked him if i need it a CD with the sofware so i can dowload the pics to my PC and he said no. I knew that that could not be possible but i still bought it for $60. The camera is cool and everything. I took 45 picturer of my car today including the wing, how much is lower in the front ('cause on my page it was still high), the short shifter, etc... and now i can't download them to my PC. I called him back today and left him a message to either get me the software or the money back. I really want a digital camera so i can stop spending money and time develping pictures and scanning them.

Guys as soon as i get the pictures I post them. One more thing, what's happening that we're not getting that many post anymore? Ok, now i know that Neuspeed87lx is jay ...the one with the civic. How about everyone else?????????????????? I'm out!
