unless you intend on it being a weekend/track car, there really isnt much you can do without making a tin can out of it.

lmao

u can take out the seats, remove the dash and stuff (like A20A1) but see he's races his car, and has it modded for that purpose, u if u want a track car, do what he did, if u want a family car, leave the damn thing alone ;)

either go all out, or dont do it at all :P

you can post your mods if you have pics to go with it in the thread above
... otherwise please leave your questions about weight reduction in this thread that you made.

yep. there is nothing really to reduce the overall weight. u can lower significant on the front end alone with the Full AC system gone and other stuff listed here http://www.3geez.com/showthread.php?t=32727 same link that Mike posted. Besides, this car is not that heavy to begin with so why bother. Do know that any weight reduction will change the charecteristics of a car if its a autocross/race car or even a hi-perf street car. Handling is where the notice is obvious.

and mike (A20A1) this dude stole ur avatar. God damn....... that nice kitty :)

i really wish we had aftermarket suspension components like the upper and lower control arms. Those would significantly reduce the unsprung weight on all 4 corners. Im sure tubular desgin is good and hope someone makes it for us or even someone starts to customizing it.
