k, i pulled out my "teg" tranny that i got, and i was looking for CG (the 86-89 teg tranny code), but the only number(s) i could find were "z-1" on the top of the bell housing by where it bolts up to the engine. i'll go snap a pic real quick..., but is that the right number? and if so, does anybody know what it goes to?

The sticker with the code is gone. Good luck figuring out what it is.

sorry bud, but the sticker is gone.
the other way you can tell if you get 1st gen teg chilton manual. they have a list of numbers.
i have one for accord and prelude and they list every single tranny number.
