Well, as some of you know I am in the process of selling my 3g, but in the meantime, i found my replacement.....

Its a 1998 Prelude SH. Its so damn nice. Its only got 70,000 miles on it too. DC Sports header, Apexi catback exhaust, absolutely beautiful. I havent quite bought it yet, but I put a down payment on it and should have it in about a week. Here are the pictures off of the website:

Nice, I like those preludes and you can do a lot to it with all the aftermarket support.

i love ludes. glad to see your still getting a worthy car. it's still sad that you're selling your 3g. yours was one of my favorite ones. i love how clean it looks and everything. i guess i'll just have to scrounge up some money and hurry and finish mine. then you can finally see that kit on it.

Geeze man. Nice step up. I don't know why, but this is the first word I got with you selling the 3gee. Sad to see, but equally happy to see the upgrade. You're going to have fun with that car. I know people who have those gens, and say they'll never trade them for anything. Sure do look like a fun car to drive. Good luck with the whole ordeal.

I am sooooooooooooooooo jealous. I love ludes. How much did u get it for? I've been trying to find one down here for a decent price and 70,000 miles is well worth it. Most ludes down here have 130,000 miles and up or they have been abused the crap out of it. Anyways enjoy the prelude they are beatiful cars.

You should post a thread in the market place because im sure you trying to get some of your money back out and the average person probably wont see all the money you put into it.

BTW: how much are you asking for it?

I got to drive one of those newer ludes and those did have a nice feel to them. Glad you got something good.

I am trying to get like $3,500 for the 3rd gen, only cause of all the stuff Ive done to it. Im also keeping the stereo system in there as well. I know alot of newbies are going to laugh at me when they read that, but those of you out there that actually know what ive done to it wont laugh.

I got the lude for $11,000. I talked the dealership down from $11,900.

I think thats a good deal considering your leaving everything on it unless i missed something. Not a bad car to start off with if you ask me and i would be interested if i was not in a hurry to finish the turbo project.

yah, with the kit on it and the paint job, it looks clean enough to easily go for $3500, much less the stereo and a couple of rare performance parts(DC header). i'd say try and sell it through the board, you'll prolly get more out of it than some random joe.

damn mike thats a helluva good find. 5spds are really rare.. around here at least. The 5th gens are the only preludes that i like. and that is beautiful. Awesome catch man.

Mike, you should give me your accord since you stole my plans (or shall i say beat me to it) and i will put the turbo b20a in their. All i can say is your accord looks sweet and i get a lot of crap from other members about still wanting to paint my accord white. Im still leaning on championship white so you may have a twin out their soon. Good luck with with the prelude.....

Thanks Rob. Hey maybe you should buy it? :deal:

damn, id just about buy the accord, cept i dont have that much cash :(. i could probly get it together in 3-4 weeks but that would kill the lude project, and thats just not acceptable

how about some interior shots though.

and even if i did get it id have to put in a B20vtec, down with the iron blocks :gun:

Mike i would buy it in a heartbeat for a daily driver but if i bought your car then i couldnt get the AEM EMS and i would not be able to run the b20a. I wish it was summer when i had more cash flow so i could swing it.

man, it seems everybody picks a bad time to sell thier car around here...

at least you didn't go with a worse car than the 3gee... that lude is nice and clean... too bad you can't just keep the 3gee and tarp it up and get it back on the road when you're a real estate tycoon :p
