Screws?????? No screws on the dizzy just 2 bots and one nut. Try a 10mm socket, extension, and ratchet. Do you own a timing light?

Well if you don't have a timing light well I would say goodbye to your motor

Not really, it'll just run like ass.

I set mine without a timing light before... just listen for detonation and see how it revs up... I later used the light to check and it was way advanced. But retarding it to stock made it run like crap. I set back. Go figure.

hmmm well on my Nissan sentra i advanced the distributor all the way without a timing light and it ran great; i didnt do the advancing though my friend that is a pro mechanic did it and said i didnt need a light, we did it by sound. i didnt know you needed a timing light for advancing the distributor.... where do you shine the light at?

you shine the light by the slit near the engine code, make any sence¿ Find your engine code on your block now go to the left (facing the car) you should see a window going yp and down between your block and trany, that is where you shine the light.

You remove the power steering bracket attached to the head next to the Dizzy.
This makes it alot easier to see the timing marks.

will it fuck anything up now, or in the long run, if i advance it all the way?

You'll probably get some pinging which can only be cured by using higher octane gas. The A20 is slow, no point in spending more money using higher octane gas for an insignificant gain in performance.

well i always use 93 gas so i probably wont have any problems there will I?
