here's my 1987 aerodeck ex2.0i (I guess that's exi then) , it need new paint and a few parts, but it's great, I love it =)

Welcome and congrats with the aerodeck! We're almost enough scandinavians on the board now to make our own 3geez meeting :cool:
Buy some 40mm lowering springs, put on some nice 17" rims and get that faded color polished to make it shine again.

I'll do a re-paint in january as soon as I can get rid of the rust, and there's a few dents that need fixing too..

sadly, it's not nice and clean.. the interior is perfect, but there's lots of surface rust that NEEDS to be removed before it can be nice and clean also, I like the rims, but those are my winter rims that are only 14" , I have a set of 15"'s too

It look slike it'S only surface rust. Nothing major to repair. Do you get alot of calcium/salt on your roads in the winter like we do in Canada?

Very nice base to start work on. Although you mention the rust, it's not really that bad at all. As carot mentioned it just looks like it's surface right now.

Anyway, my coupe's paint looks just like that. Clear coat chalky and faded all to hell. What color do you plan on painting it?

Also, I need some info here. What is that knob for on the bottom of your seat? I have the same seats (I think), but none of the US/Canadian 3G's have that knob.

I gotta admit too, that those headlight sprayers are sick. I would love to see how those are installed.

I'm not sure about the color, white, red, or something dual-color , the knob is for raising the er... front of the center pillow-part-thingy to get your knees higher.

mille : it's the a20b4 I think ? or was it a20a4 ? the second best one =p I havent really been paying attention to how much petrol it uses
