Figured I would add another product to my fabraction business. ;)
It reduces throw by about %30 and the knob is 1.5" lower then stock. You got something that is effective and not huge and in the way. You people that have tried to make out with your gurl in the car know what I'm talking about :D I haven't got a final price for them but I'm thinking about $45

Any problems with hitting exhaust piping or heatshields? I have a short shifter but I know this a question many people would like to know. Looks good man!

if anything there might be a problem hitting the heat sheild, but I have mine off and you could easy bend it out of the way, if needed.

Well it is a modded stock shifter, so it weight's about the same and the stock shifter is only 1.2lbs, so an aluminum is going to save you want 1/3lbs. I belive B&M makes aluminum shifters, about $100-150
