car covers

good or bad idea...ive herd the covers are not good for the paint, i have a cover but should i use it?

I use mine without problems. Just make sure you wash the car before putting it on. You can get scratches on the paint if you put it on dirty.

Find a decent one with soft material and keep in mind most covers are water resistent so it wont keep the water off the car. I have a cheap cover from wall mart that left a few scratches on my car and i assume its from the eyelets to tie down the cover. Otherwise a cover is good mainly for sun and debris protection.
