Power Loss at 2700rpms

I have the igntion advanced, so anyways here us ny prob. If I hit the gas the revs go quick till it hits 2700rpms and then just acts like it hits a wall for like maybe 1-2 sec and then pick right back up just as quickly as the rmps were going before it hit the "wall". Any ideas why Im not getting any perfomrance out of thie perticualr rpm¿

after removing all the cold-start/emmison stuff on my lxi, i had a similar lag/bog or hiccup when the motor is cold(regardless of temp)

My problem dissapears after running temp is reached.

possible causes
-no high idle stuff
-no tb coolant lines
-no mystery box
-4th gen map sens

any ideas?
